Privacy Policy

Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and business name when you claim a seat, request the funding guide, or ask us to build something. If your employer enrolled you with an access key, we hold the same basics plus which company the key belongs to.

Learning data: your placement answers, lesson progress, completed tracks, certificates earned, and the prompts you save to your vault.

Usage and attribution data: standard analytics and advertising cookies or pixels (such as the Meta pixel, and Google or TikTok tags when enabled) record page views and events like signing up or starting the placement. We also capture campaign parameters (utm_source and similar) from the link that brought you here, so we know which ads work.

To run the school: signing you in, saving progress, issuing certificates, and personalizing lessons to your industry. To send email you signed up for: your access key, the funding guide, lesson reminders, and occasional updates from AltaPro AI — every marketing email includes a way to opt out, and you can also just reply and tell us to stop. To measure advertising, improve the curriculum, and — if you ask about our done-for-you services — to follow up on that request.

Messages you exchange with Alta, the AI coach, are processed by Anthropic (the AI provider) to generate coaching responses. Don't paste anything into a lesson you wouldn't put in an email.

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that run the school: hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), email delivery (Resend), AI coaching (Anthropic), and advertising platforms for measurement (Meta, and Google or TikTok when enabled). Each receives only what it needs to do its job. Lead details may also flow into our own customer-relationship system so a human can follow up.

We keep your account and learning data while your seat is active, and lead records as long as we have a business reason to hold them. You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete your information — email haruun@unconventionalgroup.ca and we'll act on it promptly. We handle personal information in line with Canada's PIPEDA and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act.

The site uses localStorage to keep you signed in and remember your progress, and advertising pixels to measure campaigns. You can block third-party cookies and pixels in your browser without breaking the lessons — only the measurement stops.
